It’s how you’ve learned to respond, often in ways that were once useful. What changes things isn’t force, or trying to become someone else. It’s understanding how you actually function. How your mind works. What your body is signaling. What your emotions are trying to communicate. From there, things don’t disappear—but they become easier to be with, and clearer to move through.
